Grasshopper ice cream pie

   3 1/4 c  Miniature marshmallows
       2 tb Milk
     1/4 c  Green creme de menthe
       2 tb White creme de cacao
       1 c  Whipping cream; whipped
       1 pt Vanilla ice cream; softened
       1    Chocolate wafer crust
            -(9-inch)
            Additional whipped cream
            =for garnish

   Preparation Time: 0:30
   Combine marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler;
   bring water to a boil.  Reduce heat to low; cook until
   marshmallows melt, stirring frequently.  Remove from heat;
   coo, stirring occasionally.  Add creme de menthe and creme
   de cacao; fold in whipped cream. Spread ice cream evenly in
   piecrust, and pour marshmallow mixture over ice cream.
   Freeze at least 6 hours.  Garnish with additional whipped
   cream. Yield: one 9-inch pie.
