Impossible coconut pie(thomas)

 
                      IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE (THOMAS)

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    4                    Eggs
    1                    Stick margarine, softened
    1       t            Vanilla
    2       c            Milk
      3/4   c            Sugar
      1/2   c            Flour
      1/8   ts           Salt
      3/4   ts           Baking powder
    1       c            Coconut (reserve 1/2 cup)
 
   Put all ingredients into a blender and blend 30
   seconds. Grease and flour 10-inch pie pan or 9-inch
   square pan. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle
   remaining coconut over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for
   40 to 45 minutes and coconut is golden brown.
