Soda cracker pie

       Title: Soda Cracker Pie
  Categories: Pies
       Yield: 1 servings
  
       3    Egg whites
     1/2 ts Baking powder
       1 c  Sugar
     1/2 ts Vanilla
      16    Soda crackers
            Rolled into very fine crumbs
       1 c  Chopped pecans
  
   Beat egg whites until stiff; add baking powder.  Add sugar
   slowly then add the vanilla.  Mix this with the cracker
   crumbs and pecans and pour into a 9 inch greased pie pan.
   Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.  Let cool and top
   with sweetened whip cream or cool whip.JM.
   (This stuff is terrific! Not terribly sweet!)
