                           BAKED 7 BEANS & BARLEY

    3       c            Cooked AM 7 Bean & Barley
                         -- (drained)
      1/2   c            Molasses
      1/2   c            Tomato puree
      1/2   c            Water
    3       tb           Honey
      1/4   c            Diced onion
    1       t            Sea salt (optional)
      1/4   ts           Garlic powder
      1/2   ts           Turmeric
    1       d            Black pepper (optional)
 
   Combine all ingredients and mix well.  Pour into a baking dish and bake in
   a preheated 350 F. oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
