   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------  ------------  --------------------------------
    4      cups approx   New potatoes -- , boiled & cubed
    1      cup           Miracle Whip® light
      1/4  cup           Horseradish -- (dairy Dept.) drain
    2                    Eggs, hard-boiled -- , chopped
    1      cup           Celery -- , chopped
      1/4  cup           Onion -- , chopped
           to taste      Sugar, Salt and pepper
 
 Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over the cooked potatoes. If the
 potatoes are well  cooked and warm it will give you the creamier salad.
