    1      env           unflavored gelatin
    2      tbsp          cold water
    1      3-oz pkg      lime-flavored gelatin
    2      c             hot water
    1      c             mashed avocado
      1/2  c             mayonnaise
      1/2  c             whipping cream, whipped
 
 Dissolve unflavored gelatin in cold water.  Dissolve lime-flavored gelatin in h
 ot water; add unflavored gelatin.  Chill until slightly thickened; fold in avoc
 ado, mayonnaise, and whipped cream.  Spoon into a 4-cup mold and chill until fi
 rm.
