    4      cups          Lettuce -- torn
      1/4  cup           Fully cooked ham -- julienned
      1/4  cup           Salami -- julienned
    2                    Hard-boiled egg -- sliced
                         Dressing:
      1/4  cup           Mayonnaise or salad dressing
    4      teaspoons     Ketchup
    2      teaspoons     Sweet pickle relish
    2      teaspoons     Green onion -- chopped
      1/2  teaspoon      Lemon juice
      1/4  teaspoon      Salt

   On a serving plate or two individual plates, arrange lettuce, ham, salami and
 eggs. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; mix well. Serve with
