                         garlic
    1      medium        lettuce head
    7      ounce can     tuna
      1/4  cup           chopped green pepper
      1/2  cup           sliced radishes
    2      medium        tomatoes -- in wedges
      1/4  cup           cheese strips
    1                    carrot -- sliced thin
      1/2  teaspoon      salt
    1      dash          pepper
                         French dressing
 
 Darin tuna. Flake. Rub a salad bowl with garlic. Bread lettuce into
 bite-size pieces into bowl. Add tuna, carrot strips, green pepper,
 radishes, tomato wedges, cheese strips, salt and pepper. Pour French
 dressing over all and toss lightly.
 Makes 4 servings.
