    1      tablespoon    fresh lime juice -- up to 2
    2      tablespoons   oil
    1      teaspoon      toasted sesame seed
      1/2  teaspoon      fmely grated lime peel
      1/4  teaspoon      ginger
    3      cups          torn fresh spinach
    1      cup           sliced fresh mushrooms
    1                    orange -- peeled, sectioned
      1/2  small         red onion -- sliced
 
 In small screw-top jar, combine lime juice, oil, sesame seed, lime peel and gin
 ger; cover and shake well.  Refrigerate until serving.
 
 In large bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, orange sections and onion; toss with
  dressing.
 
 4 servings.
 
 
 Notes: Lime lovers will appreciate this snappy dressing.  The touch of orange i
 n this crisp salad adds a colorful bit of refreshment.
