Cottage cheese salad

       Title: Cottage Cheese Salad

       Yield: 4 Servings
 
            Lettuce cups
       2 c  Cottage cheese
     1/4 c  Chopped radishes
       2 tb Sliced green onion or chives
       2 tb Mayonnaise (optional)
       1 ts Salt
     1/8 ts Pepper
            Paprika sprinkle
 
   Arrange lettuce cups on one large or several small
   plates. A bowl may be used.
 
   Combine cottage cheese, radishes, onions, mayonnaise,
   salt and pepper. Spoon into lettuce cups or bowl.
 
   Sprinkle with paprika.  Serve. Typed in MMFormat by
