                            CRAB & CHEESE SALAD

    1       pk           (6oz) frozen crabmeat

    1       cn           (6oz) crab, drained
      1/2   c            (2oz) Swiss cheese,
                         Shredded
      1/4   c            Chopped onion
      1/4   c            Finely chopped celery
      1/4   c            Finely chopped green bell
                         Pepper
    2                    Hard boiled eggs
      1/4   c            Mayonnaise
      1/4   c            French dressing or cocktail
                         Sauce
                         Salt to taste
 
   If using frozen crab, drain about half the liquid off.
   
   Combine all ingredients; chill and serve.
