    2                    cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
    5                    green onions, trimmed and chopped
    2      tablespoons   vinegar
      1/4  cup           sour cream
    1      teaspoon      sugar
                         salt and pepper to taste
 
 Combine the cucumbers and green onions in a mixing bowl. Blend the 
 remaining ingredients, pour over the vegetables, and toss lightly. 
 Chill before serving.
