    1                    Lettuce head -- torn into bite-
    1      cup           Green pepper -- diced
      1/4  cup           Green onions -- sliced
    1      package       Frozen peas-10oz -- thawed
    2      cups          Salad dressing or mayonnaise
    3      cups          Cheddar cheese-shredded
 
 In a 13-in. x 9-in. pan, layer lettuce, green pepper, onions and peas; do not
toss. Spread salad dressing over all; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and
refrigerate overnight.
