      2/3   c            Oil
      1/4   c            White wine vinegar
      1/4   c            Parsley, snipped
      1/4   c            Green onion, sliced thinly
    2       tb           Mayonnaise
    1       ea           Garlic clove, minced
    1       t            Salt
    1       t            Dried dillweed
    1       t            Dried basil, crushed
      1/4   ts           Dried oregano, crushed
      1/4   ts           Pepper
    6       ea           Tomatoes, cut in wedges
 
   In a screw top jar combine all ingredients except tomatoes.  Cover and
   shake.  Place tomato wedges in a bowl; pour marinade over all.  Stir
   gently Cover; chill several hours, stirring once.  Use a slotted
   spoon to remove tomatoes; arrange on platter.  If desired, spoon
   remaining marinade into a hollowed tomato cup.  From:  Better Homes
