    2      pounds        Fresh broccoli -- cut into pie
    1      package       Fresh mushrooms -- sliced
    2      small         Red onions -- thinly sliced
    1      can           Ripe olives -- sliced
    1 1/2  cups          Italian salad dressing
      1/3  cup           Parmesan cheese
 
 Recipe by: Sue Klapper Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to mix
well. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
