Mardarin orange salad

 
                           MARDARIN ORANGE SALAD

   60                    Ritz Crackers -- finely crushed
      1/4  pound         margarine -- melted
      1/4  cup           sugar
    1      can           frozen orange juice, unsweetened -- (6 oz.)
    1      can           sweetened condensed milk
    1      container     Cool Whip® -- (8 oz.)
    2      small cans    mandarin oranges -- drained
 
 Mix cracker crumbs, butter and sugar.  Press mixture firmly into 9 X 13"
 baking dish, reserving some crumbs for garnish.  Blend thawed orange juice
 with milk.  Fold in Cool Whip and oranges; do not beat. Pour mixture over
 crust.  Top with reserved crumbs.  Refrigerate or freeze until serving.
