1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 can baby corn, drained -- 15 1/2 oz.
1 bag prepared Italian salad greens -- 2 lbs
In medium bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, onion salt,
pepper, parsley and oregano. Fold in baby corn. Cover and refrigerate. To
serve arrange salad greens on plates or in bowls. Top with baby corn, and
spoon remaining dressing over greens.
