1/2 cup Celery -- sliced
1/2 cup Cucumber -- sliced
1/2 cup Carrot -- sliced
1/2 cup Radishes -- sliced
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
5 cups Salad greens -- torn
This tasty dish uses less sugar, salt and fat.
In a large bowl, combine the celery, cucumber, carrots and radishes. Add the
dressing and refrigerate for 1 hour. Just before serving, add greens and toss.
Diabetic Exchanges - using light salad dressing ñ vegetable, 1/2 fat;
also, 44 calaries, 216 mg sodium, 2 mg cholesterol, 5 gm carbohydrate, 1 gm
protein, 3 gm fat.
