      1/3   c            Oil
    2       tb           Wine vinegar
    2       tb           Onion, sliced thin
    2       tb           Parsley, chopped
      1/2   ts           Salt
      1/4   ts           Dried whole marjoram
      1/8   ts           Pepper
    3       ea           Tomatoes, peel & quarter
 
   Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in a jar.  Cover tightly and
   shake vigorously.  Pour over tomatoes; cover and marinate 6-8 hours.
