    3       ea           Tomatoes, sliced 1/2"
      1/3   c            Olive oil
      1/4   c            Red wine vinegar
    1       t            Salt
      1/4   ts           Pepper
      1/2   ea           Garlic clove, crushed
    1       tb           Parsley, chopped
    1       tb           Fresh basil, chopped
    2       tb           Onion, chopped
 
   Arrange tomato slices in a large shallow dish; set aside.  Combine
   remain- ing ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake
   vigorously. Pour over tomato slices.  Cover and marinate in
