   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1      Lb            Ground Beef -- Cooked & Drained
      1/2  Jar           Taco Sauce
    1      Med           Bag Doritos, Crushed
    4                    Tomatoes, Diced
    1      Head          Lettuce
    1 1/2  C             Grated Cheese
    1      Med           Onion, Diced
    1      Can           Kidney Beans, Canned, Drained -- 15 Oz.
    1      Lg            Bottle Dressing, Your Choice
    1      Med           Avocado, Diced
 
 Toss all ingredients together except the ground beef.  Add it after it
 has cooled.  This makes a very large amount.  It makes a good one-dish
 meal.  Serve with tortillas or chips.
 
 I usually use Green Goddess or Thousand Island dressing.
