    1       sm           Head letuce, diced
    1       ea           Cucumber, peeled & sliced
    1       sm           Green papaya, seeded &
                         -- julienned
    2       ea           Tomatoes, cut into wedges
    4       tb           Green onions, chopped
    4       tb           Cilantro, chopped
    4       tb           Peanuts, roasted & crushed
    2       ea           Red chilies, julienned
      1/4   c            Lime juice
      1/8   c            Soy sauce
    2       ts           Sugar
 
   In a large salad bowl, arrange in layers the lettuce, cucumber,
   papaya, tomatoes, onion & cilantro.  In a small bow, mix together the
   peanuts, chilies, lime juice & soy sauce.  Pour over the salad, toss
