4 green onion -- sliced
3 packages ramen noodles -- broken into pieces
1 package slaw mix, or shredded cabbage & carrots
8 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 cup sliced almonds
DRESSING:
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt & pepper
6 tablespoons vinegar
Mix the dressing ingredients.
Just before serving add the nuts and noodles to the cabbage, then toss with
the dressing.
