    3      tablespoons   apple cider vinegar
    1      tablespoon    plus 1 tspoon sugar
    3      tablespoons   mayonnaise
    1 1/3  cups          shredded cabbage -- green and red
           salt          
           black pepper  
 
 In a mixing bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise and mix until
 smooth.
 Add the cabbage and toss to coat well.
 Season with salt and pepper.
 Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend before serving
