 	Salmon and Dill Tortellini Salad

  375      grams         tortellini,
  415      grams         can salmon -- drained
    1      tablespoon    capers -- drained
    1      small         green cucumber -- thinly sliced
                         DILL DRESSING
      1/2  cup           plain yogurt
    2      teaspoons     seeded mustard
      1/4  cup           bottled Italian salad dressing
    2      teaspoons     fresh dill -- chopped
    2      tablespoons   water
    1      teaspoon      sugar
 
 Add tortellini to large pan of boiling salted water, simmer until just
 tender, drain.
 Rinse under cold water, cool.
 Combine tortellini with flaked salmon, and remaining ingredients in large bowl
 Just before serving, drizzle with dill dressing.
 DILL DRESSING
 Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth
