Spanish chicken salad

       Title: SPANISH CHICKEN SALAD

       Yield: 6 servings
  
   3 1/2 c  Chicken strips; cooked
       1 sm Head lettuce; shredded
       1 lg Red onion; thinly sliced
     1/2 c  Olive oil
     1/4 c  Red wine vinegar
            Salt, pepper
            Lettuce leaves
       2    Oranges; peeled and sliced
       2    Avocados; peeled and sliced
       1 bn Radishes; sliced
  
   Place chicken, lettuce and onion in bowl. Thoroughly combine oil and
   vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over salad, toss
   gently, then arrange chicken on lettuce leaves. Garnish with orange,
   avocado and radish slices.
