3 cups bamboo -- parboiled, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
pepper -- to taste
Heat the fat in a frying pan, add the bamboo, saute for about 5 minutes until
slightly brown, and stir occasionally . Add the seasoning and serve on hot
cooked rice with acheese sauce.
