      1/4  cup           butter -- or other fat
    1      quart         sauerkraut
      1/4  teaspoon      celery seed -- or caraway seed
 
 Heat the fat in a skillet until golden brown, and add the sauerkraut and the se
 asoning.  Mix well using a fork to separate the kraut.  Cover and cook for 5 mi
 nutes.  Serve hot.
