                        CHEESE & RICE CASSEROLE ADA

    2 1/2   c            Brown rice -- cooked
    3                    Green onions -- chopped
    1       c            Lowfat cottage cheese
    1       t            Dried dill
      1/4   c            Parmesan cheese -- Grated
      1/2   c            Lowfat milk
 
   Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled
   casserole. Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
