   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    4      Whole         Eggs -- Beaten
      1/2  C             Shredded Cheddar Cheese (More If You Like)
      1/2  C             Onions -- Chopped
    2      Tbsp          Parmesan Cheese
    1      C             Bisquick® Baking Mix
    2      Tbsp          Parsley -- Chopped, Dry
      1/2  Tsp           Salt
      1/2  Tsp           Oregano
      1/2  Tsp           Garlic Powder
      1/2  C             Oil
    3      C             Squash -- Finely Sliced
 
 In a large bowl, beat the eggs.  Add the remaining ingredients, except the
 squash.
 Stir until well blended.  Fold in the squash & mix well.
 Pour into a well greased 9x13x2 baking pan and bake in a 350 degree oven
 for35-40 minutes or until top is light brown.
 Let cool about 10 minutes and cut into bars of desired size.
 These reheat well in the microwave.

 NOTES : Good with either zuccini or yellow squash.
