    1      small         onion -- thinly sliced
      1/4  cup           celery -- thinly sliced
    1      cup           pinto beans -- cooked
    1      cup           lima beans -- cooked
    1      cup           garbanzo beans -- cooked
      2/3  cup           tomato sauce
      1/4  cup           apple juice, frozen concentrate -- defrosted
    1      tablespoon    light molasses -- optional
      1/2  teaspoon      dry mustard
 
 	  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.	In a 10 inch skillet, combine onion and
     celery.  Cook in water over medium heat until vegetables are tender,
     stirring occasionally.  Remove from heat.	Stir in remaining ingredients.  
 	  Spoon mixture into 1 quart casserole.  Cover and bake 25 to 30
     minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
