   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1      can           tuna
      1/2  cup           celery -- minced well
    2      tablespoons   onion -- minced well
      1/4  cup           canned green chilies -- chopped
      1/4  cup           mayonnaise
      1/4  teaspoon      salt
    1      teaspoon      chili powder
   12      slices        bread
    2      cups          cheddar cheese -- grated
    3                    eggs -- beaten
    1      cup           milk
      1/4  cup           cream
      1/4  teaspoon      salt
                         dash Tabasco
 
 Combine first 7 ingredients. Spread on half the bread and make 
 sandwiches. Cut each in quarters and arrange in layers in square 
 baking dish (I spray dish) putting cheese between layers and on top. 
 Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over all. Bake in slow oven, 
 300° for 50 minutes or until set.
 
 Tootie Notes: You don't need to add anything but a nice spinach salad 
 and eat.
