    1      cup           broccoli florets
    1      cup           cottage cheese
      1/4  cup           buttermilk
    2                    eggs -- beaten
    2      tablespoons   chopped onion
      1/2  cup           grated cheddar cheese
      1/2  cup           grated swiss cheese
    1      dash          nutmeg
    1                    unbaked pie crust -- (9-inch)
 
 Steam broccoli 3 to 4 minutes. Rinse with cold water, drain and set aside. Comb
 ine cottage cheese and buttermilk in a blender on low speed. Pour mixture into 
 a bowl and add eggs, onion and cheeses. Pour into a pie shell. Put the broccoli
  on top making sure to press florets into cheese mixture. Sprinkle top with nut
 meg. Bake in 400 degrees oven for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and ba
 ke an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
