Artichoke appetizer

    
4eaeggs, beaten
2lbcheddar cheese, grated
12ozmarinated artichokes, jars, cut-up
1xsalt, to taste
1xpepper, to taste
1xtabasco, dash to taste
3eagreen onions, chopped fine
6easoda crackers, crushed
1eaclove garlic, crushed
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in artichoke oil; then drain. Mix allingredients and spread in greased 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 325 for 30 min.Can be baked, frozen and re-heated. This recipe was a great successat a party Christmas Eve.
