    3      tablespoons   sugar
    3      tablespoons   unsweetened cocoa powder
      1/4  cup           water
    1      tablespoon    instant espresso powder
    1      tablespoon    frozen orange juice concentrate
    2      cups          1% lowfat milk
    1      pint          lowfat vanilla ice cream
                         whipped cream -- optional
                         chocolate curls -- optional
 
 In small saucepan combine sugar and cocoa powder; stir in the water.  Heat and 
 stir just until mixture bubbles.  Remove from heat.  Stir in espresso powder an
 d orange juice concentrate; cool about 15 minutes.  Place cocoa mixture, 1% low
 fat milk, and ice cream in blender container.
 
 Cover and blend until smooth.  Pour into 4 glasses.  If desired, top with whipp
 ed cream and chocolate curls.  Serve immediately.  Makes 4 servings.
