   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

      1/2  c             sugar
      1/4  c             cocoa
    3      tbsp          instant coffee powder
      1/2  tsp           ground cinnamon
    1      c             milk, heated
 
      Combine all ingredients.  Store in an airtight container.  Spoon
   2 tablespoons of mix into cup; stir until well blended.  Garnish
   with a dollop of whipped cream and a cinnamon stick.
