    3      Cups          Crushed Strawberries
    3                    Kiwi Fruit -- Peeled And Diced
    1      Tablespoon    Lemon Juice
    1      Tablespoon    Minced Crystallized Ginger
    1      Package       Powdered Pectin
    5      Cups          Sugar
 
 Combine strawberries, kiwi fruit, lemon jce, ginger, and pectin in a 
 large saucepot.  (I would use a dutch oven)
 Bring to a rolling boil, stirring frequently. Add sugar and return to a 
 rolling boil, stirring constantly.  Boil hard 1 minute. Remove from 
 heat. Skim foam if necessary. Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4" head 
 space. Adjust caps. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath. Yield 
 about 6 half pints.
