Sweet banana jam

       Title: SWEET BANANA JAM

       2 c  Mashed banana
       2 tb Lemon juice
  
   Blend ingredients together until smooth.  Heat to a boil in a saucepan;
   turn to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens.
