Applesauce bread pudding.

       Title: Applesauce Bread Pudding.

            -DIANA LEWIS   (VGWN37A)
      16 oz Bread; (a loaf minus a few
            -slices), 1/2 inch cubed
       1 c  Raisins
       2 ts Ground cinnamon
       2 c  Skim milk
       1 c  Apple sauce
       8    Egg whites
     1/2 c  Brown sugar
   1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
  
   toss bread cubes with the cinnamon and raisins in large bowl in seperate
   bowl add milk applesauce, egg whites sugar and vanilla beat well tehn pour
   over bread crumbs. let mixture stand 25 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 spray
   with pam a 8x8x2 inch baking pan add bread mixutre bake 35 to 40 minutes or
   untill knife inserted comes out clean. Let set 15 to 20 minutes before
   serving 8-10 servings
