    1 3/4   c            Water
      1/2   c            Cashew nuts
    1 1/2   tb           Arrowroot powder
                         -(or 2 tablespoons whole
                         -wheat flour)  1/4 teaspoon
                         -soy sauce
    2                    Celery sticks
      1/8   ts           Celery seed
                         -powder
 
   Using a blender, blend everything till smooth.
   Carefully simmer in a saucepan until thick.  Add 1/4
