      1/4   c            Peanut butter
      1/4   c            Soy sauce
      1/4   c            Fresh lime juice
    1       tb           Rice vinegar
    3       tb           Coriander -- chopped
    1       tb           Brown sugar
      1/2   ts           Chinese chili sauce -- or
                          -- 1/4 ts dried chili
                         flakes
 
   You may use either chunky or smooth peanut butter. If you dont like peanut
   sauce, try the "Tart Sweet Sauce - Midsummer Thai Dinner" recipe.
   
   Add peanut butter to a small bowl. Slowly whisk in remaining ingredients.
