Quick marinara sauce

 
                            QUICK MARINARA SAUCE

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    3       tb           EDEN Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2       md           Onions -- diced
    4                    Garlic cloves (or more)
                         -- peeled and pressed
   25       oz           Jar EDEN Spaghetti Sauce
    2       tb           Capers
    1       c            Kalamata olives*
                         -- pitted and chopped
 
   *(Green or black olives can be substituted if
   necessary, but won't be as good)
   
   Heat oil. Saute onions and garlic until translucent.
   Add spaghetti sauce. Bring to a simmer. Add capers and
   olives and heat a few minutes more. Serve with any
   EDEN Pasta. A great meal with a salad and your
   favorite bread!
