Quick turkey nachos

    1      pound         Ground turkey
    1      package       Taco seasoning mix
      3/4  cup           Water
                         Tortilla chips
      1/2  cup           Sour cream
      1/2  cup           Salsa
      1/2  cup           Monterey jack cheese -- shredd
      1/2  cup           Cheddar cheese -- shredded
                         Lettuce -- shredded
                         Tomatoes -- optional
                         Green onions -- optional

   In a skillet, brown the turkey; drain. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer
 for 15 minutes. Place the tortilla chips on a greased baking sheet. Layer with
 turkey, sour cream and salsa. Sprinkle with the cheeses. Microwave or broil
 for a few minutes or until cheese melts.  Top with lettuce, tomatoes and/or
 onions if desired. Note: Ground beef can be substituted for the ground turkey.
