      1/3  cup           orange marmalade
      1/4  cup           lemon juice
      1/4  cup           soy sauce
    1      clove         garlic -- finely chopped
    1      dash          ginger
    1      teaspoon      cornstarch
    1      tablespoon    cold water
 
 Combine marmalade, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and ginger; bring to the boil
 ing point.
 
 Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to hot sauce and cook until thickened, stirri
 ng constantly.
 
 Serve hot.
