    3      ounces        cream cheese
      1/4  cup           sour cream
    4      ounces        corned beef -- sliced (finely chopp
      1/2  cup           Swiss cheese -- grated
      1/4  cup           sauerkraut -- chopped and drained
    2      tablespoons   milk -- to 3
                         Rye crackers -- for dipping
 
 
 Heat cream cheese, sour cream, corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut in
 small sauce pan over low heat until hot, thin with milk if necessary. 
 Serve
 with rye crackers
