    1      small         zucchini
    1      small         avocado
    8      ounces        cream cheese
    2      tablespoons   wine vinegar
    1      tablespoon    sugar
    1      tablespoon    lemon juice
    1      tablespoon    dried parsley
      1/4                onion
    1      clove         garlic
                         salt and pepper
 
 Steam or microwave the zucchini until soft.  Add all ingredients into
 blender and blend well.
