6 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
8 cups cheerios®
2 cups confectioner's sugar
Stirring constantly, melt chips and butter in a medium saucepan over
medium heat. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and cinnamon; stir
until smooth. Place creeal in a large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture
over cereal; stir until evenly coated. Pour confectioners sugar into a
large paper bag; add chocolate-covered cereal. Gently shake agt until
mixture is evenly coated with sugar. (Add extra confectioners sugar as
needed to coat cereal) Spread onto waxed paper; allow to cool
completely. Yield: about 13 cups of mix. From: Quick Gifts of Good
