       Title: Fudge Yummies

       Yield: 3 servings
  
            Bar:
     1/2 c  Butter or margarine
       1 oz Unsweetened chocolate
       1 c  Sugar
       1 c  Flour
       2 c  Chopped nuts
       1 ts Baking powder
       1 ts Vanilla
       2    Eggs
            Filling:
       8 oz Cream cheese; * see note
     1/2 c  Sugar
       2 tb Flour
     1/4 c  Soft butter or margarine
       1 ts Vanilla
     1/4 c  Chopped nuts
       6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
       1    Egg
            Frosting:
       2 c  Miniature marshmallows
     1/4 c  Butter
       1 oz Unsweetend chocolate
     1/4 c  Milk
       1 lb Powdered sugar
       1 ts Vanilla
            Remaining 2 oz cream cheese
  
      Preheat oven to 350~F.  Grease and flour a 13x9" pan. In a large
   saucepan over low heat, melt 1/2 c butter and 1 oz. chocolate. Add
   remaining bar ingredients, mix well. Spread into the prepared pan. In a
   small bowl, combine 6 oz. cream cheese with the next 5 ingredients. Blend
   until smooth and fluffy. Stir in nuts. Spread over chocolate mixture.
   Sprinkle with chocolate chips.  Bake for 25-35 min. Sprinkle with
   marshmallows and bake 2 min. longer.  In a large saucepan over low heat,
   melt 1/4 c. butter, 1 oz. chocolate, remaining 2 oz. cream cheese, and
   milk. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth. Immediately pour over
   marshmallows and swirl together.
    * reserve 2 oz cream cheese for frosting.
