Lemon thins

       Title: Lemon Thins

       Yield: 1 servings
  
     1/2 c  Softened butter
     1/2 c  Sugar
       2    Eggs; well beaten
       1 c  Flour; sifted
       2 ts Lemon extract
  
     Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Add eggs
   & mix well. Beat in flour & extract. Drop by spoonfuls onto oiled cookie
   sheet. Leave about 2 inches between cookies. Bake until golden brown around
   edges. Cool slightly on pan. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
