Patty ann's mocha nut butter balls

Title: Patty Ann's Mocha Nut Butter Balls

1 c Butter; softened
1/2 c Granulated sugar
2 ts Vanilla extract
2 ts Instant coffee
1/4 c Cocoa powder
1 3/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Walnuts or pecans; finely
-chopped
Recipe by: Patty Ann Spalding Preparation Time: 0:30
Oven 325 F. Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until light. Add next four
ingredients. Mix well. Add nuts. Shape in 1" balls on ungreased cookie
sheets. Bake at 325 for about 17-20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar sugar
while warm.
